Escape Spa is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Spa Manager with spa experience to support daily operations, drive sales, and help elevate our luxury wellness brand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands aesthetics and wellness services, and has strong leadership and marketing instincts.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Leadership
- Support daily spa operations across front desk and provider teams
- Assist with staff scheduling and performance oversight
- Ensure high-level client experience and service standards
- Maintain inventory for retail and treatment supplies
- Help implement systems and operational improvements
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive membership sales and package upgrades
- Train front desk team on upselling and conversion strategies
- Track KPIs (daily revenue, retail sales, membership retention)
- Follow up with leads and consultation clients
- Help execute monthly promotions and campaigns
Marketing & Branding Support
- Create marketing materials using Canva (flyers, brochures, email graphics, social posts)
- Assist with social media coordination
- Help develop and launch custom service packages and promotions
- Support seasonal campaigns and in-spa promotional displays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years Spa experience (required)
- Previous spa management or assistant management experience preferred
- Strong sales background (memberships, injectables, skincare retail)
- Proficient in Canva and basic marketing design
- Experience creating custom service packages and pricing structures
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
