What We're Looking For
Our biggest need is someone with weekday morning availability. However, being able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends when needed is a plus.
What You'll Do
No two shifts are exactly the same. You'll learn every aspect of the restaurant, including:
- Preparing and stretching fresh Roman-style pizza dough
- Making pizzas and other menu items
- Food preparation and kitchen organization
- Greeting guests and taking orders
- Operating the register
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and stocked
- Working with your teammates to deliver an outstanding guest experience
Physical and Communication Requirements
Applicants must be able and willing to perform all aspects of the position, including food preparation, cooking, pizza making, cleaning, stocking, operating the register, and assisting guests. This position requires the ability to:
- Safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Stand and remain active for extended periods
- Bend, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the restaurant
- Read, speak, and understand English well enough to follow recipes, food-safety instructions, labels, training materials, and guest orders
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and customer-service environment

Restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We hire great attitudes and teach the rest.
Requirements
- Food Handler Certification within two weeks of hire (we'll help you obtain it)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work in both kitchen and customer service roles
