What Your Day Looks Like - You’ll be the first smile clients see and the voice that reassures them when they call.
- Greet adorable patients (yes, puppies and kittens included )
- Help pet parents feel calm, heard, and cared for
- Keep our schedule running smoothly with appointments and check-ins
- Answer phones, texts, and questions like a pro
- Help clients find the right food, products, and care for their pets
- Work side-by-side with a supportive, fast-paced medical team

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has customer service experience (vet experience is a bonus—but we’ll train the right person!)
