Compensation:
- Experienced Drivers: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Entry Level Drivers: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
About the Role:
Wilson's Ready Mix and Precast is seeking dependable and safety-focused Concrete Mixer Drivers to join our growing team in Webb City, MO. As a driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a concrete mixer truck in a safe and efficient manner
- Deliver concrete to job sites as scheduled
- Follow DOT and company safety policies and procedures
- Perform daily truck inspections and report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness of the truck and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service on job sites
Physical Requirements:
This is a physically demanding position. You must be able to:
- Climb in and out of trucks and work in uneven terrain
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed
- Perform physical labor such as chipping out drums and handling concrete chutes
- Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
Requirements:
- Valid Class B CDL with Airbrake endorsement
- Minimum 6 months of driving experience
- Ready-Mix experience preferred
- Must be 21 years or older
- Clean driving record and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
