Overview
The Landscaping Crew Member will be responsible for installing and maintaining landscapes, planting greenery, and performing tasks to ensure outdoor spaces are attractive, safe, and well-maintained.
Duties
- Install and maintain landscape features such as plants, trees, shrubs, and mulch.
- Perform edging, trimming, and pruning to maintain clean and professional property aesthetics.
- Assist with planting flowers, trees, and other greenery to enhance outdoor spaces.
- Maintain landscape beds by weeding, mulching, and ensuring healthy plant growth.
- Remove dead, damaged, or unwanted plants and branches.
- Assist in the installation of landscape hardscapes such as pavers, retaining walls, or decorative features.
- Perform routine cleanup and debris removal to keep properties neat and tidy.
- Seasonal Snow Removal Required
Required Skills & Abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of landscaping practices, tools, and materials
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience
- Active Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Prior landscaping experience preferred
Physical Demands
- Use of hands to handle, control objects, tools, or controls.
- Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and shoveling.
- Must be able to lift 25+ pounds at times

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
