Accounts Payable Specialist
Summary: Join a long-standing and reputable company in Northwest Denver! We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage intercompany invoices and ensure proper coding and compliance
- Handle invoice processing and discrepancies, vendor maintenance, and vendor payments
- Assist in month-end close processes
- Code invoices accurately to the general ledger accounts
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Make sure that vendor documentation (such as W-9 forms) is up-to-date and meets compliance standards
- Communicate with vendors via phone or email
Qualifications:
- 2 years of full-cycle (3-way-match) Accounts Payable experience or more
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and great communication skills
- Team-player mindset with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
