Description:
As a body shop technician, you will analyze and assess damaged vehicles. Some tasks involve disassembling/ assembling vehicles and repairing scratches, dents, holes, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards

De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicles with urgency and attention to detail.

Prepare vehicles for body repair work.

Notify management of any repairs needed and document any additional parts and labor required to perform a satisfactory repair.

Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised completion date.

Perform proper tool and equipment usage and maintenance.

Cooperate and assist other personnel in repairing and prepping vehicles as needed.

Must comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA

Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

Maintain a clean work area.
