Job Summary
We are looking for a person to train and supervise a crew of persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities at a production facility in Fairfield, CA . This position is for day shift, Monday-Friday, but some mandatory overtime and weekends may occur. Being able to be flexible on the hours is a bonus.

Responsibilities
- Transport workers from their homes to the worksite
- Supervising Crew
- Unloading empty boxes to assembly line
- Putting inserts into boxes
- training crew with new/changing warehouse procedures
- Maintaining Quality Control
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to work independently
Experience:
· Must have experience supervising others at a jobsite
· Warehouse experience a plus
· Forklift Certification a plus
Requirements
Vehicle in safe working condition, valid California driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of insurance. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screen.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
