Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Department: Information Technology
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setup and support hardware such as computers, scanners, printers, and peripherals.
- Install and upgrade software as directed.
- Configure, support and perform routine maintenance of hardware and software for desktops equipment.
- Diagnose problems through troubleshooting skills, research, and isolation steps using automated systems.
- Support, test, and evaluate new software and/or hardware releases.
- Record all client inquiries, from initial request to incident resolution.
- Maintain records of hardware, software and network inventory.
- Perform employee and/or client training on desktop products.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position may also include any specialized tasks such as monitoring the support tickets, helping with pre-production tasks and completing special projects as needed.
- May require the performance of other essential functions depending on project.
- Must have reliable transportation for periodic driving to work locations and client sites.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
