We are looking for a friendly and motivated Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the store, helping customers find the best solutions for shipping, packing, and mailbox rental needs.
Reponsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, determine their shipping or business needs, and provide quick, accurate service.
- Securley package customer items, and process shipping labels for multiple carriers.
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming drop-off packages from all major shipping networks.
- Check in daily mail, sort letters and packages into private customer mailboxes, and assist clients with new mailbox rentals and renewals.
- Operate POS system, handle cash and card transactions, keep area clean and stocked, and assist with printing or copying tasks.
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
