Our client in Wallingford, CT is seeking Driver Helpers to join their team.
Schedule: 7:00AM start time, working until completion (per diem basis)
Key Responsibilities:
- Help load and unload trucks, ensuring items are handled carefully
- Assist in delivering goods to customers on time
- Carry and move packages or materials safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment
- Communicate with drivers about routes, deliveries, and customer instructions
- Follow safety protocols during all loading and delivery activities
- Perform other tasks assigned by the driver or supervisor
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more)
- Good physical stamina and mobility
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Customer-service oriented and professional demeanor
