Join our growing fertility team in Bellevue and play a meaningful role in helping patients on their path to building a family. We are seeking a Part-Time Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to provide exceptional patient care through accurate blood collection and specimen processing in a fast-paced, compassionate clinical environment. This position works closely with physicians and clinical staff to support fertility treatments while creating a positive experience for every patient.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 11:00 AM
The ideal candidate has at least one year of recent venipuncture experience, excellent patient service skills, and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. Experience in a medical office or specialty clinic and EMR proficiency are highly valued.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

Practice phlebotomy

Perform specimen collection and processing
-
Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories.

Prepare exam and procedure rooms
-
Support patients during clinical visits and procedures
-
Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
-
Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked
-
Maintain clinical supplies inventory.

Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.
Academic Training:
-
Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred

Studies level: Certification

Studies area: Nursing/healthcare assistant

Phlebotomy Program – required

Studies level: Certification

Studies area: Phlebotomy Program
Requirements:
-
6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practice

Must be able to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Preferred Experience:

1+ year Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn preferred

Prior experience in Fertility, OBGYN, or Women’s healthcare – preferred

Experience supporting clinical procedures is a plus

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience - preferred
