Join our fast‑growing automotive service team as the Lead Oil Change Supervisor. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations in the oil change bays, perform high‑quality maintenance services, manage inventory, and ensure every customer receives a great experience. If you enjoy hands‑on work, leading a team, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is a strong fit.
Earn $1,150 per week. Equivalent to $60,000 annually, or $20/hr plus weekly paid overtime.
Consistent 50-hour work week available.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Oil Change Operations — Oversee workflow in the oil change bays, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe service.
- Perform Oil Changes & Maintenance — Complete oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and basic inspections.
- Inventory Management — Track and maintain stock of oil, filters, tools, and supplies; communicate needs proactively.
- Customer Service — Greet customers, explain recommended services, and ensure a positive, professional experience.
- Team Support — Assist with training as needed and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Quality & Safety Compliance — Follow all company procedures and manufacturer guidelines and proper disposal.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in oil changes or automotive maintenance (lead or supervisory experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lead by example and support a fast‑paced team
- Clear communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on your feet
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- 8 am - 5 pm
