Job Summary
We are seeking an Appliances and Cabinets Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the key driver of high-end sales, providing expert guidance on cabinetry, countertops, and other applicable interior design solutions. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their remodeling needs and present tailored cabinetry solutions
- Conduct detailed layout designs using 2020 Kitchen Design to help clients visualize their projects
- Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features to enhance customer interest and satisfaction
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring ongoing client engagement and repeat business
- Manage client accounts using CRM systems to track interactions, preferences, and project progress
- Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for sales processing
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales within the remodeling or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, interior layout planning (2020), and remodeling processes
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
- English and Spanish language skills are highly desirable
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with organizational abilities to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Basic math skills are necessary
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for interior design
