Position: Bartender/Server
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
What You'll Do:
- Bartending: Craft and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, with a focus on precision and creativity. Maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization while managing inventory and supplies.
- Serving: Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Handle food and drink service efficiently and professionally, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
- Customer Interaction: Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, addressing their needs and preferences with enthusiasm and care. Handle any concerns or issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and cleanliness standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience as a bartender or server in a fast-paced, high-quality establishment is preferred. Knowledge of artisanal pizzas and craft beverages is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment. A passion for food and drink, with a keen eye for detail.
- Attitude: A positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
