At Living Waters Learning Center, we serve children ages 6 weeks through 5 years, providing a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are looking for teachers who love working with young children and want to make a lasting impact in their lives every day.
Position Details
- Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:15 PM
- Work with children ages Infant through Pre-K (5 years)

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets state licensing requirements.
- Communicate with families through Brightwheel.
- Work as part of a team to provide exceptional care and education.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in early childhood education is preferred but not required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to pass Kentucky state background checks.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine love for children are essential.
