About the Role:
In this role, you'll be the face of our client's retail operation — helping customers find what they need, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring they leave with a smile. You’ll play a key part in boosting in-store sales and creating memorable interactions that keep customers coming back.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Welcome shoppers with a warm, professional approach and assist them in finding the right products for their needs.
- Sales Focus: Work towards individual and team targets, using your product knowledge and communication skills to convert interest into sales.
- Team Contribution: Work in sync with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive store atmosphere.
- Product Expertise: Learn and stay updated on the latest product details and trends to better inform and assist customers.
- Brand Representation: Uphold our standards for service and professionalism, ensuring each customer interaction reflects our values.
- Growth & Development: Take initiative in developing your skills and performance through ongoing feedback and goal-setting.

Compensation: Starting at $4192.50 per month / paid weekly - Commission Opportunities + Incentives available
