This job is based out of Troutman, North Carolina. Ideally, you will live within 30 minutes of Troutman as you will be driving to meet up with the lead technician near this area. The majority of our work is in North Carolina, however we have some jobs in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia, which you will need to travel to from time to time.
It is commission based only. We 1099 employees.
There are bonus opportunities. Expect the pay to be between $500-$1,000+ per week. This is an overnight job.
Responsibilities:
-Pre-scraping greasy buildup from affected areas of kitchen exhaust systems.
-Pressure washing the interior of kitchen exhaust systems ( fans, ducts, and hoods ).
-Able to identify and notate job deficiencies.
-Final clean-up in kitchens by wiping down the hoods, mopping up the floors, cooking equipment.
-Digital photography of all work performed at each job.
Prefer:
-High school diploma or GED
-Have commercial cleaning, janitorial, or pressure washing experience
Requirements:
-Valid driver's license
-Able to climb a ladder
-Able to lift up to 35lbs
-Attention to detail
-Understand that this is a dirty job
-Be able to travel
