Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Scheduling: Hire, train, develop, and schedule a high-performing team. Help shape an already positive, supportive, and accountable culture as we continue to grow.
- Daily Operations: Run a clean, organized, and well-maintained facility with strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on with a solutions-focused mindset and help improve systems as the business scales.
- Marketing & Growth: Lead local marketing efforts, create engaging social media content, and build meaningful connections in the Bozeman community to drive membership growth and retention.
- Member Experience & Culture: Create an energetic, welcoming environment where members and team members both feel valued. Lead by example and help foster a fitness community people love being part of.
- Driving Results: Help grow the Bozeman location by focusing on membership, retention, and delivering an outstanding experience as we continue expanding.
What We’re Looking For

- Previous management experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
