PHARMACY TECHNICIAN LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.

This job is for the fulfillment department, which closely resembles a closed-door, mail order pharmacy. The main focus is patient outreach by telephone, data entry, and processing of prescription orders. Punctuality, reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work with a sense of urgency are a must!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone by facilitating the ordering of the patient's medication.
- Performing outbound calls to patients once a prescription order has been received.
- Accepting inbound calls for and coordinating patient prescriptions with patient procedures.
- Entering patient information and prescription orders.
- Answering and prioritizing phone calls while displaying excellent phone etiquette.
- Understanding and ability to articulate and problem-solve patient needs, product storage, and shipping logistics.
- Understanding pharmacy law as it pertains to certified technician duties and compounding law and assisting the pharmacists by practicing at the top of your license.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
NO WEEKENDS. Monday through Friday 9-6. The positions are M-F 9-6 with a 1-hour lunch break. We are closed all major holidays.
