JOB
Provides technical and professional services to facilitate procurement and budget activities, including the delivery processes, validation, and reconciliation. Performs the following duties: the creation and maintenance of procurement records, verification and documentation of financial transactions, preparation and management of agency budgets related to ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and services. This will include performing reviews, audits, and other tasks to report and keep current on the status of all budgeted and non-budgeted items/services. The main duties include maintaining the ITS budget spreadsheet, vendor management, and related documentation concerning the flow of supplies, and services, tracking, and analyzing budget status, and updating and developing documentation, tools, and communications for the processes, procedures, and budget status. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and some travel required.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience along with advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, calculations, and formulas) skills.
