The Pointe Hospitality Group is hiring a Front of House Support team member to join our team across The Pointe Restaurant and The Pointe Event Venue. This is a great entry point into the hospitality industry, with room to grow into other FOH roles.
What you'll do:
- Run food from the kitchen to guest tables
- Clear and bus tables promptly and quietly
- Assist bartenders with light barback duties (stocking, ice, garnish prep, restocking supplies)
- Keep stock levels up on FOH supplies throughout shifts
- Take out trash and keep work areas clean
- Maintain clean, stocked restrooms throughout service
- Help set up and break down tables, chairs, linens, and decor for events and weddings (as needed)
Schedule:
- Part-time, most shifts fall within:
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM–10:00 PM (multiple shift options available)
What we're looking for:
- Must be at least 16 years old; 18+ preferred
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Someone who can move quickly and stay organized during busy shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with kitchen, bar, and server staff
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 30-40 lbs
- Availability to include evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Preference will be given to those with restaurant experience
- Previous restaurant or event experience a plus, but not required. We can train the right person.
