Are you a natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly, creates meaningful connections, and enjoys helping people find the right opportunities at the right time?
At Alair Homes Solon, we are not looking for a traditional salesperson. We are looking for a strategic, community-minded business development leader who understands that lasting growth is built through credibility, genuine partnerships, and exceptional client experiences.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of one of Northeast Ohio’s premier custom home builders. If you thrive on building long-term relationships, enjoy becoming a trusted presence in your market, and want to help shape the future of a growing organization, we would love to meet you.
About Alair Homes Solon
Alair Homes Solon specializes in luxury custom homes, major renovations, and whole-home transformations. We are a locally owned business deeply rooted in our market, and we are also part of the broader Alair Homes network—an established organization of custom home building professionals across North America.
That combination is one of our greatest strengths. It means our team offers the personal service, accountability, and local connection of an owner-led business, while also benefiting from proven processes, shared expertise, national resources, and the collective experience of a respected larger network. For the right candidate, this creates a unique opportunity to make a visible impact locally while being part of something much bigger.
Everything we do is grounded in transparency, communication, accountability, and relationships. Those values shape how we serve clients, how we collaborate as a team, and how we grow our business.
About the Opportunity
This is a relationship-driven business development role, not a high-pressure sales position. You will not be responsible for creating the Alair brand or building a marketing strategy from scratch. Instead, you will leverage an established brand, a strong reputation, and an existing marketing platform to deepen relationships, create strategic partnerships, and grow the business locally.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop trusted relationships across the market and help qualified homeowners understand the value of thoughtful planning before construction begins. You will serve as a visible ambassador for Alair Homes Solon in the Greater Cleveland community, building lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, Realtors, professional partners, and past clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building credibility over time, and contributing to something meaningful for the long term.
