A nationally recognized full-service litigation firm is seeking motivated and experienced Litigation Associate Attorneys to join its growing California teams across multiple offices statewide. The firm is actively hiring attorneys with experience in one or more of the following practice areas:
- Environmental & Toxic Tort
- Employment Litigation
- General Liability / Auto Liability
- Insurance Coverage
- Healthcare Litigation
- Commercial Litigation

Locations
Openings are available in multiple California offices, including but not limited to:
- Los Angeles
- Orange County
- San Diego

Hybrid work arrangements are available, with flexibility based on office and practice group needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and hearings
- Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy
- Handle case evaluations, reporting, and negotiations
- Participate in trial preparation and trial work where applicable
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar admission in good standing
- 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
- Experience in at least one of the listed practice areas
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
