Overview
Join our team as a Parts Technician, where your expertise will drive efficiency and excellence in our daily operations. In this vital role, you will manage parts inventory, coordinate with vendors , and locate/procure specialty parts when needed. We’re looking for a motivated individual eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment that values precision, teamwork, and continuous process improvement.
Duties
- Need parts person with familiarity in vehicle and industrial parts.
- Must be organized to track stock levels in the shop and the service trucks.
- Need Computer skills to order and receive parts.
- Communicate effectively with vendors by phone and email.
- Maintain professional appearance of counter area and stock room.
- Interact with our service team to coordinate parts for vehicle repairs.
- Check quantity and condition of parts when received against invoices.
- Process parts invoices in computer.
- Process core returns and parts returns as necessary
- Must have clean driving record to occasionally pick up parts for jobs.
