Compensation: $25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses. On-target earnings of $55,000 to $100,000+, paid bi-weekly. Top producers earn above the range.
The Role
This is a full-cycle inside sales role. You will work a mix of warm inbound leads generated by our SDR team and outbound cold calls to high-intent prospects. You diagnose each prospect's online visibility gaps, match them to the right Zoek solution, present the value, handle objections, close the deal, and collect payment on the call.
Expect daily phone volume across both warm and cold activity. This is an active selling role, not a passive one.

What You'll Do
Work a daily mix of warm inbound leads and outbound cold calls. Diagnose prospect needs and recommend the right product. Own the full sales cycle from first call to closed payment. Keep your pipeline current in our CRM. Take part in call coaching and share market feedback with leadership.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of phone sales experience, ideally with cold calling and outbound activity, not just inbound. A track record of hitting sales targets. Coachable and self-driven. Comfortable with Zoom, Calendly, Slack, and CRM workflows.
Remote Setup Required
A quiet, dedicated workspace. A reliable PC, high-speed internet, and a professional webcam and headset.
Compensation and Benefits
