Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Installer/Service Technician at Superior Roof Systems LLC. The Field Installer/Service Technician will be responsible for installing and servicing roofing systems side by side with a professional installation team. Troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service are just a few of the responsibilities that you would be apart of on a day to day basis.
Project Description: There are multiple types of roofing projects that you would be responsible for installing including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and other roofing systems in the commercial industry. We specialize in small roof system repairs to multimillion dollar new construction roof projects.

Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Troubleshooting and Field Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in roofing or construction is a plus
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to a minimum height of 25 feet
- Ability to work in Extreme Weather Conditions if needed (cold or heat, rain and snow)
- Has reliable transportation to and from the job sites
- Continued self motivation to constantly learn and grow
- High school diploma or equivalent
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
