We are a community-rooted Italian restaurant & pizzeria with deep family heritage and serious growth momentum. We're part of a hospitality group, owned by a multi-brand restaurant operator executing an ambitious expansion plan across NJ — currently operating two locations, with a third on the way.
We run a high-volume, multi-channel operation (dine-in, private event room, takeout, delivery, and catering) and are building the infrastructure to scale. We do things right: strong systems, high standards, and a culture built on genuine hospitality.

The Role
We're hiring a General Manager to take full ownership of our location in Summit, NJ. This is a true P&L role — you'll report directly to the CEO & Founder and be the highest-ranking operator in the building.
You'll oversee two direct reports: the Assistant General Manager (Front of House) and the Kitchen Manager. You'll be accountable for financial performance, team development, guest experience, and building the systems that allow us to scale.

What You'll Do
Financial Performance
- Own the location P&L - labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
- Track weekly and monthly KPIs + improvements
- Maximize performance & bottom line
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the AGM and Kitchen Manager
- Hire, onboard, coach, and hold the team accountable to high standards
- Build a performance culture grounded in our Core Values
Operations & Systems
- Help develop and enforce SOPs across all departments
- Identify inefficiencies and implement structured, measurable solutions
- Manage inventory, vendors, and operational protocols
Guest Experience
- Ensure consistent execution of food quality, speed, and hospitality
- Own the guest feedback loop — reviews, complaints, recognition
- Hold the team to the brand standard every shift

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years as a General Manager or Regional Manager in a multi-unit food service or restaurant environment
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and the results to back it up
- Strong data literacy — you make decisions from numbers, not gut alone
- Experience building SOPs, training programs, and accountability systems
- Hands-on operator — you lead from the floor.
- Clear communicator who raises the standard of the people around them
- Experience with off-premise operations (delivery, catering) is a plus
