Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide provisioning work on the company's mobile device platform.
- Understand and can help finalize the customer’s requirements.
- Closely involved with handling customer feedback and rush requests.
- Responsible for the overall provisioning tasks, and provide/suggest improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years related experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Ability to review technical requests and closely follow technical instructions.
- Experience working in device provisioning, app updates, and the MDM portal is a plus.
- Demonstrate focus and discipline for the tasks assigned.
- Proficiency in Words, Excel, Power Point, and Google Suite.
- Attention to detail and organization skills.
- Demonstrate excellent people skills and teamwork mentality.
