The Food & Nutrition Services team at UAB Hospital facilities feeds 1,400+ patients three meals per day every day, manages the UAB Hospital food court and multiple dining rooms throughout the medical campus, and serves 4.5 million meals each year for our patients, staff, and guests. To supervise and coordinate the daily operations of food services employees and the department. To ensure cleanliness, sanitation and proper handling and storing of foods and supplies.
High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience required.
