The Expediter is a key Front of House Team Member responsible for ensuring every order is accurate, complete, and presented to brand standards before reaching the guest. This role serves as the critical link between Front of House and Back of House operations, maintaining speed of service, food quality, and an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and fry side items, assemble items (empanadas, sauces, coleslaw, etc.), and keep all side items fully stocked
- Ensure 100% order accuracy by verifying all items before guest delivery or packaging
- Maintain speed of service standards while preserving food quality and presentation
- Plate and garnish food according to brand standards
- Accurately prepare/package dine-in, to-go (drive-thru, online, third-party delivery) and catering orders
- Operate and handle sandwich and open fryer stations
- Coordinate with kitchen team to prioritize orders and manage peak volume efficiently
- Assist with delivering dine-in orders when needed to enhance guest experience
- Monitor food holding times and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station and surrounding areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and station equipment according to sanitation standards
- Take out trash to the dumpster and keep the dumpster area clean and organized
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times
- Learn different stations to assist in other operational areas as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations and team needs

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
- Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish
- Must be able to read in English
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have great interpersonal communication skills to work with others
- Must adhere to company food safety, and personal hygiene standards
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Pay: $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
