The Wakehouse Waterfront Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced bartender to join our waterfront team on the Tchefuncte River.
We’re a fast-paced neighborhood bar & grill with a laid-back coastal atmosphere, strong regular crowd, live music, and busy weekends. We’re looking for someone who can handle volume, keep a great attitude under pressure, and create a fun experience for guests.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience bartending in a high-volume environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and liquor
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Team player willing to help wherever needed
- Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain Louisiana ATC bar card
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with guests and provide excellent hospitality
- Maintain a clean and organized bar
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Assist with stocking, prep, and side work
- Help maintain a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and staff
