Danan Healthcare is looking to add a Director of Ancillary Services to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.
Key responsibilities include :
- Strategic planning
- Budget management
- Staff leadership
- Implementing process improvements to maximize workflow and service
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervising day-to-day operations of ancillary departments, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and align with organizational goals.
Budgeting & Financial Management: Developing and managing departmental budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for financial growth or savings.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control: Ensuring all departments adhere to state, federal, and accreditation standards (e.g., CMS).
Staff Leadership & Development: Hiring, training, mentoring, and managing performance for department managers and staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term plans to improve service delivery and patient experience.
Performance Improvement: Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and implement improvements.
Relationship Management: Acting as a liaison between multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and vendors to ensure seamless care coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Leadership Ability: Strong communication and managerial skills to guide diverse teams.
Analytical Skills: Capability to interpret data and use metrics for improvements.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and industry operations.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in using healthcare software (e.g., Electronic Health Records)
Education/Experience: Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field, plus significant experience in clinical operations.
