Certified Technician Job Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
Accurately document inspections, findings, and repair recommendations
Maintain productivity and efficiency in a flat‑rate environment
Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service department
This is a full‑time position. Schedules may include Monday through Saturday, depending on location.

Certified Technician Qualifications
Current ASE and/or manufacturer certifications
Proven experience working in a flat‑rate technician role
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
