Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Overview
As a Field Service Technician at Rich's Landscaping, you will act as the primary face of our on-site specialty service, repair, and installation operations. You will travel directly to residential and commercial customer locations to execute high-quality property enhancements, diagnose mechanical or structural issues, and ensure peak performance of all landscape features and service equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Execute precision installations: Handle premium mulching, stone layout, tree/shrub planting, and minor hardscaping projects.

Troubleshoot technical issues: Diagnose and repair landscape features, specialized outdoor gear, and on-site mechanical equipment.

Maintain premium landscapes: Perform professional mowing, edge trimming, strategic pruning, and garden bed upkeep.

Provide seasonal care: Lead comprehensive spring and fall property cleanups to prepare client yards for seasonal shifts.

Manage customer relationships: Interact with clients on-site to understand requirements, offer recommendations, and boost customer satisfaction.

Operate assets safely: Use commercial-grade power tools, mowers, and company field vehicles safely and in line with company protocols.

Document property work: Complete brief daily service reports detailing tasks finished, parts used, and future property recommendations.
