Overview
WashUp Express Car Wash is looking for energetic, reliable team members to join our fast-paced express wash team. We’re especially looking for individuals who are comfortable interacting with customers and selling our wash memberships at the pay station. This role would be hourly plus commission based.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their vehicle wash needs
- Operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently to ensure thorough cleaning
- Promote and sell monthly wash memberships
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with basic vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues observed during wash
Requirements
- Prior experience in car washing is preferred ; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and follow safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or driving experience is a plus
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and scrubbing
- Willingness to learn new skills such as window tinting or advanced buffing techniques
