City Hippie Studio is a fun, inclusive, and creative salon space focused on great hair, good vibes, and building community. We’re looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Salon Manager to help keep the salon running smoothly while helping us continue to grow.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the beauty industry, enjoys working with people, and can balance organization with creativity.
Responsibilities
- Inventory management and retail organization
- Client communication and appointment management
- Front desk support and daily salon operations
- Assisting with salon social media content and engagement
- Helping improve systems, organization, and client experience
- Supporting salon growth through ideas, marketing, and team support
- Light administrative tasks and problem-solving as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Organized and self-motivated
- Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Salon, retail, or management experience is a plus
- Passionate about helping a small business grow
