Licensed Massage Therapist – Independent Contractor Opportunity
D'Cate Aesthetics & Medicine is expanding and seeking a motivated, professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients improve their health and well-being while building a successful massage therapy business within an established medical aesthetics and wellness practice.
This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working independently but values collaboration with other wellness professionals. You'll have the opportunity to grow your own clientele while benefiting from referrals, marketing support, a beautiful treatment space, and an established patient base.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional client care while creating an outstanding experience for every client. Existing clientele is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Perform therapeutic massage services tailored to each client's individual needs
- Conduct client consultations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and post-treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment
- Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service and professionalism
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Massage Therapy License
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Existing clientele preferred but not required
- Experience in a medical spa, wellness center, chiropractic office, or spa is a plus
