Shift Patterns
- Training Period: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (base rate + shift premium of 0.50 USD)
- Regular Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (base rate + shift premium of 1.00 USD)
Pay Rates
Must-have requirements for CNC Lathe Operator
- More than 2 years of experience operating a CNC lathe
- Ability to read calipers accurately
- Ability to work with metric measurements
- Job tenure of more than 2 years at past jobs
- GED or High School diploma
Role for CNC Lathe Operator
- Operate CNC Lathe equipment according to leader instructions
- Monitor the machining process to ensure proper operation
- Perform machine start-up and end-of-shift procedures
- Change inserts when required and load/unload parts on stockers
- Inspect first-run pieces and spot-check succeeding parts using inspection gauges to verify conformance to specifications
