Responsibilities:
What your day might look like:
· Maintain the property through various activities including trimming, painting, carpet cleaning, changing filters, etc.
· Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely manner.
· Maintain company safety standards.
· Assist with the maintenance of the grounds as needed.
