Summary:
We are now looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Field Application Engineer who will thrive in our fast-paced and diverse working environment. As a Field Application Engineer you will work closely with sales, engineers, and manufacturers to provide the best optimized solutions for customers. You will be working on products that are built based on AI and computer vision algorithm on sensory devices such as LiDAR, Camera, and Radar for the transportation safety applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to customers throughout the demo, field trial, and production cycles.
- Work with Sales Account Managers to secure customer designs with products.
- Provide customer feedback and application trends to marketing and product management team for new product development.
- Provide training at the sales/rep/distribution level as appropriate.
- Assist with shows and seminars
Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with automotive electrical system is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong hands-on ability and experience with hardware and tools.
- Ability to communicate with customer development engineers on system level & component level topics.
- Knowledgeable about transportation safety components (Radar, Camera, and Proximity sensors)
- Enjoy working in fast-paced and diverse environment and have a passion for educating, training, designing, and building technological solutions that solve business problems.
- Ability to travel frequently to customers to give onsite support.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
