Position Summary:
Premier Truck Parts, LLC in Valley View is a supplier of new and remanufactured drivetrain parts and components for heavy duty trucks. We are currently looking for a full-time parts delivery driver to join our team. Our delivery drivers are responsible for delivery and pickup of truck parts using a company provided vehicle (CDL is not required). We are looking for a candidate who is not only capable of handling deliveries and providing great customer service, but who has the drive to grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Safely & responsibly operate company vehicles.
- Work with coordinator to set up delivery/pickup times.
- Assist in loading trucks for deliveries.
- Provide friendly customer service.
- Work with customers to load and unload parts.
- Ensure paperwork is processed correctly and signed copies are returned to accounting.
- Pickup customer payments if required.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles.
- Assist in any other warehouse/sales duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL is not required).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive, team player attitude.
- Ability to utilize a smart phone and navigation system.
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
- Desire to grow with the company and eventually learn other aspects of the business.
