ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an honest, energetic and reliable Bilingual Spanish individual with great work ATTITUDE to work the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Mon-Fri.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Directing phone traffic to the right team member & handling simple billing inquiries
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs Call for billing and payments
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Administrative work - scanning, mailing, cleanup break room and ordering supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
