Overview:
Rocks Strategic Facilities is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurant locations. This role involves a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, both interior and exterior, in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across restaurant locations
- Complete plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related tasks
- Handle landscaping projects, tree trimming, and exterior upkeep
- Perform concrete and pavement work (minor repairs, patching, upkeep)
- Operate equipment such as a boom lift (up to 50’) for elevated work as needed
- Respond to service calls and assist with emergency repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Valid driver’s license
- Availability Monday–Friday with rotating weekend coverage
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work (digging, lifting, outdoor labor)
- Ability to stay organized with tools, materials, and receipts/documentation
