As a Team Lead, Clinical Services, you will:

Oversee clinical service delivery to ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, accreditation, and agency standards.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and overall workflow.

Conduct client assessments, determine diagnoses, and identify treatment or testing needs.

Develop individualized, strengths‑based treatment plans aligned with client needs and preferences.

Support the Director with program development, implementation, evaluation, and technical assistance.

Assess client risk levels, complete risk assessments, and implement appropriate safety planning.

Facilitate and manage therapeutic groups and group programming.

Coordinate care with external agencies and provide required reporting to community partners.

Supervise clinical staff and interns, including performance evaluations, coaching, productivity monitoring, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Ensure compliance through audits, peer reviews, accurate clinical documentation, and proper management of clinical records.
Qualifications:

State of Ohio-LISW or LPCC with supervisory designation.

Master’s degree or higher education in social work, clinical counseling, or related studies.

1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Expertise in diagnostic assessments, cognitive behavioral therapeutic modalities, and trauma-informed care.

Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
