Inside Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on winning and managing mid-to-large corporate accounts (ideal clients range from 200 to 50,000+ employees) looking for comprehensive corporate apparel and fulfillment solutions.
The majority of your leads will be qualified, high-intent inbound marketing leads actively looking for a company store program. However, a successful candidate will also possess the "hunter" mentality required to proactively network, cold call, and strategically expand existing account relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Conversion: Rapidly respond to, qualify, and nurture high-intent inbound leads generated from our web marketing strategies.
- Outbound Prospecting: Proactively network, cold call, and deploy sales strategies to uncover new corporate opportunities.
- Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver polished phone and web-based sales presentations to executive and C-suite management.
- Solution Selling & Estimating: Diagnose client needs and prepare comprehensive quotes and proposals that showcase Eagle Graphics’ unique vertical integration to win business.
- Project Collaboration: Coordinate with internal production, design, and fulfillment teams to ensure new programs are launched seamlessly.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow day-to-day client relationships through clear communication, delegation, and strategic upselling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Industry Experience: Proven success in the B2B Corporate Apparel, Uniform, Promo, or Print industry is highly desired.
- Proven Closer: A track record of driving the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding new accounts.
- Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain multi-year relationships with corporate clients.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM/lead tracking software, spreadsheets (Excel), and online business research tools. Experience with e-commerce platforms is a major plus.
- Autonomy: A self-starter who can work independently, manage their own pipeline, and thrive under preset prospecting metrics.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
