Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with students in a safe and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing behavior management techniques as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp, or tutoring is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Must pass background check
- Must have own transportatipn, ride share.
- Ability to demonstrate effective behavior management strategies.
- A passion for teaching and nurturing young minds through creative play and structured learning.
- Dedication and commitment to work schedule with punctuality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to feedback from management, School support team and parents.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
