Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders during on-call shifts
- Document incidents or actions taken during on-call periods accurately and thoroughly
- Support scheduled coverage for planned absences or peak periods as needed
- Maintain readiness by staying informed of relevant procedures, updates, and protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in a role requiring flexible or on-call availability is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively during urgent situations
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in high-stress environments
- Familiarity with basic emergency response procedures is a plus
