We're looking for caregivers who are caring, patient, reliable, and take pride in their work. Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but we also welcome people who have meaningful experience caring for family members or others and are ready to build their skills.

What we offer
- $19.00 – $23.00 per hour

What you'll do (non-medical personal care)
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Help with mobility and transfers as appropriate
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and dishes
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition
- Follow the client's care plan and complete required documentation
This is a non-medical position. Caregivers do not perform nursing or medical procedures.
What you'll need
- A caring, dependable, and professional attitude
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Smartphone for scheduling and electronic visit verification
- Ability to pass a background check
- Current TB clearance or willingness to obtain one
- California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Physical requirements
Caregiving may involve standing, walking, bending, assisting with mobility, and helping clients with transfers and personal care. Candidates should be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation when applicable.
