Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to brand standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities and supplies
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain the cleanliness of all assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management
- Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services in a timely manner
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- Maintain housekeeping cart and storage areas in a neat and organized manner
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
